Crumbling Towers

$110.00

Once great fortress
Returning to the dust from whence it came
Pillars stand
Lone sentinels guarding the remnants of a time long past
Stone by stone it was built
Torn down by the hands of time

Take in the solemnity of structures that at first glance seem dilapidated and sad, because a second look can remind you of the majesty of what these places once were and also the beauty of what a crumbling building is even among the tragedy of the loss that time brings. It is perhaps better to be reminded of the many lives lived within the walls, the memories made and the love shared. Even as our physical world changes, love, hope and memory still remain within our hearts and live on with those who come after us. Do not be sad for what was, instead choose the joy of the past and hope for the future.
